Auto Onsite LLC Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 28, 2026
Welcome to Auto Onsite LLC (“Auto Onsite,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, scheduling services, or requesting automotive repair or diagnostic services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.
1. Company Information
Auto Onsite LLC is a mobile automotive repair business providing on-site diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services within our designated service area.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating a customer profile, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or authorizing repairs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Service Area
Services are available only within our designated service area. Requests outside this area may be accepted at our sole discretion and may be subject to additional travel charges.
4. Estimates
Any estimate provided before inspection is based solely on the information supplied by the customer.
Actual repair costs may differ after the vehicle has been inspected or diagnosed.
Additional labor or parts may be required to safely complete the repair.
No work beyond the approved estimate will be performed without customer authorization unless necessary to prevent immediate safety hazards.
5. Diagnostic Services
Automotive diagnosis is a professional service requiring specialized tools, testing, and experience.
Payment is required for diagnostic labor regardless of whether:
- A repair is performed.
- The issue is resolved.
- The customer declines the recommended repair.
- Replacement parts are unavailable.
A diagnosis identifies the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection and does not guarantee that additional faults will not be discovered during or after repairs.
6. Minimum Labor Charge
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all services are subject to a minimum labor charge equivalent to one (1) hour of labor.
Estimated repair times are provided for scheduling purposes only.
Actual repair times vary depending on:
- Vehicle make and model
- Vehicle condition
- Rust or corrosion
- Previous repairs
- Parts availability
- Unforeseen mechanical issues
If additional labor becomes necessary, the customer will be contacted for authorization before continuing whenever reasonably possible.
7. Customer-Supplied Parts
Customers may provide their own replacement parts.
However:
- Auto Onsite LLC does not guarantee the quality, compatibility, completeness, or correctness of customer-supplied parts.
- The customer assumes all responsibility for customer-supplied parts.
- Additional labor resulting from incorrect, defective, incomplete, or incompatible parts will be billed at our standard labor rate.
- No labor warranty of any kind is provided on repairs involving customer-supplied parts.
- Manufacturer warranties, if any, remain solely between the customer and the manufacturer or retailer.
8. Parts Purchased by Auto Onsite
Parts purchased through Auto Onsite may carry a manufacturer or supplier warranty.
Warranty coverage is limited to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Auto Onsite does not manufacture automotive parts and cannot extend warranty coverage beyond that offered by the supplier.
9. Labor Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Auto Onsite warrants workmanship on repairs using parts supplied by Auto Onsite for thirty (30) days or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
This workmanship warranty covers defects resulting directly from installation performed by Auto Onsite.
The warranty does not cover:
- Customer-supplied parts
- Manufacturer defects
- Normal wear and tear
- Abuse
- Neglect
- Racing or commercial misuse
- Off-road use
- Overheating
- Collision damage
- Lack of maintenance
- Damage caused by unrelated component failures
Warranty repairs must be performed or approved by Auto Onsite before any reimbursement will be considered.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle information.
- Disclose known vehicle issues when possible.
- Provide safe and legal access to the vehicle.
- Ensure the vehicle is located on stable, safe ground.
- Remove pets from the work area.
- Keep children away from the repair area.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Auto Onsite reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe.
11. Authorization to Perform Repairs
By approving an estimate verbally, electronically, or in writing, the customer authorizes Auto Onsite to perform the approved repairs.
Additional repairs requiring additional labor or parts will require customer authorization before work proceeds whenever reasonably possible.
12. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless prior written arrangements have been made.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Cash
- Approved electronic payment methods
Returned payments, chargebacks, or declined payments may result in collection efforts and any legally recoverable costs associated with collecting unpaid balances.
13. Appointment Cancellations
Customers are requested to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Repeated cancellations, excessive no-shows, or abusive scheduling behavior may result in refusal of future service.
Auto Onsite reserves the right to charge a cancellation or no-show fee if disclosed at the time of scheduling.
14. Right to Refuse Service
Auto Onsite reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Unsafe work environments
- Aggressive or abusive behavior
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent payment methods
- Repairs outside our capabilities
- Requests that could compromise safety or violate applicable laws
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Onsite LLC shall not be liable for:
- Loss of vehicle use
- Rental vehicle expenses

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
16. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles may contain pre-existing damage, worn components, aftermarket modifications, corrosion, or prior improper repairs.
Auto Onsite is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing conditions or unrelated components that fail during or after repair.
