At Auto Onsite LLC , we take pride in providing honest, dependable, and high-quality automotive repair services. We stand behind the workmanship of repairs performed using parts supplied by Auto Onsite LLC. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives reliable service and peace of mind.

Please review the warranty terms below.

Labor Warranty

Auto Onsite LLC provides a 12-month / 12,000-mile limited labor warranty (whichever occurs first) on repairs performed using parts supplied by Auto Onsite LLC, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

If a repair fails due to a defect in our workmanship during the warranty period, Auto Onsite LLC will correct the issue at no additional labor charge.

Warranty repairs must be performed by Auto Onsite LLC unless prior written authorization is provided.

Repairs involving customer-supplied parts are specifically excluded from all labor and workmanship warranties.

Parts Warranty

Parts supplied by Auto Onsite LLC are covered only by the warranty provided by the part manufacturer or supplier.

If a manufacturer warranty applies, Auto Onsite LLC will assist customers with the warranty process whenever reasonably possible. Manufacturer approval may require inspection of the failed part before replacement.

Manufacturer warranties do not automatically include reimbursement for labor, towing, rental vehicles, or other associated expenses. Coverage is subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Customer-Supplied Parts

Auto Onsite LLC allows customers to provide their own parts; however, no warranty of any kind is provided on repairs involving customer-supplied parts.

By choosing to supply your own parts, you acknowledge and agree that:

Auto Onsite LLC does not guarantee the quality, condition, compatibility, or suitability of customer-supplied parts.
No labor warranty applies to the installation of customer-supplied parts.
No workmanship warranty applies to repairs involving customer-supplied parts.
If a customer-supplied part is defective, incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or fails at any time after installation, all additional labor required for diagnosis, removal, replacement, reinstallation, or related repairs will be billed at Auto Onsite LLC’s current labor rates.
If a customer-supplied part causes damage to other vehicle components or prevents a proper repair from being completed, Auto Onsite LLC is not responsible for any resulting damage or additional repair costs.
Auto Onsite LLC reserves the right to refuse installation of any part that appears unsafe, damaged, used (unless previously agreed upon), counterfeit, improperly manufactured, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested repair.

The customer assumes all risks associated with supplying their own parts.

Diagnostic Services

Diagnostic services are billed for the technician’s time, expertise, and testing required to identify vehicle concerns.

Because vehicles may have multiple unrelated failures, a successful diagnosis does not guarantee that additional issues will not be discovered during the repair process.

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable and are earned regardless of whether repairs are authorized or completed.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Routine maintenance services, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, filters, belts, spark plugs, wiper blades, and bulbs.
Repairs involving customer-supplied parts.
Used, recycled, rebuilt, or remanufactured parts unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failures caused by unrelated vehicle components.
Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, abuse, misuse, racing, off-road use, overloading, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Damage caused by overheating, continued operation after a malfunction, or failure to stop driving when warning signs are present.
Electrical issues caused by aftermarket accessories, modifications, or previously existing wiring problems.
Corrosion, rust, environmental damage, flooding, fire, theft, vandalism, or other acts beyond Auto Onsite LLC’s control.
Repairs that have been altered, disassembled, or serviced by another repair facility or individual without prior authorization from Auto Onsite LLC.
Towing charges, rental vehicles, rideshare expenses, lodging, lost wages, loss of use, or any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages unless required by applicable law.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe a repair is covered under this warranty:

Contact Auto Onsite LLC promptly after discovering the issue.
Do not continue operating the vehicle if doing so could cause additional damage.
Allow Auto Onsite LLC a reasonable opportunity to inspect and diagnose the concern before repairs are performed elsewhere.
Repairs performed by another repair facility without prior authorization may void any applicable warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Auto Onsite LLC’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or correcting defects in workmanship that are determined by Auto Onsite LLC to be covered under this warranty.

Under no circumstances shall Auto Onsite LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from any repair or vehicle failure, except where prohibited by law.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer listed on the repair invoice.

Mobile Service Notice

Auto Onsite LLC is a mobile automotive repair service. Warranty inspections and warranty repairs are performed by appointment and are subject to technician availability and our normal service area.

Vehicles located outside our standard service area may be subject to additional travel charges or may require transportation to a mutually agreed-upon location.
